13 July 2011- Day 344

Wednesday

Today was the day Cherie arrived, and to keep her awake we explored a bit around Canterbury. Craziness ensued.




Cherie found sexy shoes! The sheos said so.

July 12th

12 July 2011- Day 343

Tuesday

Today I was waiting to see when Patrice would arrive, and traveled too and from the train station three times. On the way there the first time I saw a really cute hedgehog.



Only on the second journey did I wonder why he was in the same spot. And then I found out he was dead. It made me sad. Now I wish someone would bury him, his body shouldn't have to remain there for all to pass by and see.

July 11th

11 July 2011- Day 342

Monday

This is what Kathleen chose to do on her last morning in England. She cleaned the oven, and looked like a Highlander Aunt Jamima.



Man do I love this lady! I will miss you my Kathleeny. Hopefully I see you soon... probably as soon as I fly across the pond.

July 10th

10 July 2011- Day 341

Sunday

Me and my photogenic girl Esther. I swear this girl loves hamming it up for the camera! She is awesome, and I hope I can be just like her when I grow up!

July 9th

9 July 2011- Day 340

Saturday

I come home from my trip and found this! Kathleen and Jesse were busy with packing up and cleaning. It made me sad, and made me realize that our adventures together were coming to a close... for now. Sad day.

July 6-8

6 July 2011- Day 337

Wednesday

We toured the sites of the BBC mini-series 'North & South'. They filmed a lot in Edinburgh and we found the locations. We also went to Rosslyn chapel...which was gorgeous. Stacey and Patrice fell in love with the chapel.




7 July 2011- Day 338

Thursday

Today was another fantastic day! We toured around Edinburgh and then my friend Emma drove us to the Stirling Castle and after that we went on a walk around the reservoir by her home in Currie. It was such an amazing day, exhausting, but wonderful.




8 July 2011- Day 339

Friday

Today we went on a MacBackpackers day tour from Edinburgh up to Loch Ness and back. It was so much fun. I would recommend this tour to almost anyone. I want to take one of their longer tours next.



We were really blessed with great weather and wonderful sights. Also... having a cute tour guide was a bonus!

July 2-5

2 July 2011- Day 333

Saturday

I cannot remember the how or whys of these faces, but for some reason Jesse, Kathleen, and Annie were all moving there cheeks to make this gross noise, so I decided to take a picture of them doing it, rather than trying it myself.



3 July 2011- Day 334

Sunday

Today we watched the BBC 2006 'Jane Eyre' and LOVED it. Then we decided to have a sunset walk. I got some fun pictures.



4 July 2011- Day 335

Monday

Gotta love American holidays in England! Yay for freedom and independence.



Annie made us a flag cake that was soooo yummy. And Naomi bought us tea that we should dump in honor of the Boston tea party. I think that was her way of getting into the celebrations

5 July 2011- Day 336

Tuesday

Guess who I got to see today! I flew into Edinburgh to see Patrice, and I am ready for the adventures to begin!
