April 2nd

2 April 2011- Day 242

We have been blessed with incredible weather! I caught this amazing sunset, and thought it was a perfect picture for a day that we got to hear the words of the apostles.



General Conference in amazing, and we are so lucky to be able to watch it on our computers, even if there is a 7 hour difference! Conference ending at 11pm is a bit of an oddity though.

April 1st

1 April 2011- Day 241

Friday

I took a break from work today and went into Ashford to the outlet malls with Jesse, Kathleen, and Tara. To our great excitement we found Krispy Kreme donuts! Yummy!



We bought a dozen! They didn't last the day.

March 31st

31 March 2011- Day 240

Thursday

Today is the day that Duckie arrived! (Jesse's little sister Tara.) I caught a picture of Kathleen on her way to the Heathrow airport! Isn't Kathleen cute!



Little did we know how much of an adventure that trip would be.

March 30th

30 March 2011- Day 239

Wednesday

Yes another studying picture. I think my brain has turned into mush! So much reading... so many studies... so many opinions. I just wish I had a strong one of my own.



School is a zoo since everything is due next week. I found a little corner in the arts building to study and read.

March 29th

29 March 2011- Day 238

Tuesday

Today was a LONG day. I got up too early, and didn't get home til late. Lots of lecture time, and lots of reading for my paper due next week.





I was grumpy and tired for a lot of the day, but then I had to mentally slap myself. I'm in England, I have no right to be sad! I think my temperament will turn for the better once I hand in my work.

March 28th

28 March 2011- Day 237

Monday

Today was one of our missionaries last day here in the Canterbury ward. She was being transferred, so we had them allround for dinner. We were excited that they got to see a bit of the grounds before they ate. We've talked all about our adventures on the grounds, but the sun usually set too early for them to see anything. That was until today. It was a beautiful sunny day. Sadly I forgot to take any pictures of Sister Ritchie, but I did get a cool one of the window by my bed.



I was trying to be productive and start working on the essay do next week. Sadly I wasn't too productive!

March 27th

27 March 2011- Day 236

Sunday

One of the best traditions of our house is the Sunday roast dinner! Yum.... so good!
